Summary: Easy to install. Great sound and an easy upgrade to the existing stereo. It's bottom of the range so don't expect to have integrated Bluetooth, usb or steering wheel remote. The sound quality is excellent and it has a proper volume knob unlike some others. I bought this to replace my Renault Laguna mk2 cabasse stereo. It's the one with the cd player integrated, not the one with the 6 cd player.
Excerpt: I had one of these installed in Leicester, Just wanted something cheap and cheerful but yet reliable as it was for my work van. I am more than happy with it. Play all my CD'S and allows me to play my phone via AUX with good quality. I think its great value for money!
Summary: I bought this to replace an old radio cassette (they do exist still) in an old van I bought, my first thoughts were how nice it looked, it took no longer than 10 minutes to fit and has really nice sound. There will be purists who don't agree but I'm basing this review on a radio with CD and AUX for a little over £40.
Summary: good unit you have to swap the red and yellow wires or the unit looses it`s memory every time it`s switched off also mine didn`t have an English manual had to print one off the jvc website would have been 5 stars otherwise for this price!
Summary: Overall it has a great sound at a good price. Main issue in Ford Galaxy, removing key from the ignition all your presets return to default. This seems a common issue and yet there is no information in the box to help. If you have this problem the fix is easy, well once you know, there are two wires in coupling harness that stand out, red and yellow. Pull the spade ends apart and swap them over. Box is full of manuals sadly in every language other than English.
