Summary: I bought this product because i need it a cd receiver in my little truck. I really like it,it works great,I dont dislike nothing about it. It compares to other by the price I think I got a good deal.
Summary: This head unit is mounted along with a stacked cassette player as part of a free standing CD/Cassette Audio Signal Source for my Amplifier Section. Excellent value and sound for the price ... as an origin source for CD Audio Signal it works like cream and silk for my home brew/home built system ... It's an inexpensive way to get a good clean CD Audio Signal/Sound for primary use or as a preamp output to amplifier(s) What's not to like?
Summary: Good product, wouldn't have paid full retail for it tho. The only bad thing about it is that when your are playing a CD for about 3 hours the stereo starts to heat up and the CD skips, other than that its good.
Summary: Product was alright. I definitely wouldn't have paid retail price on this though. The face plate is a pain to get on (basically the right snap gets worn pretty easily and when it does, you have to play around with it to get the faceplate on. Additionally, potholes / gravel or just plain speed bumps can cause this thing to skip or even pop the faceplate off too. When your on smooth road, the sound is pretty good though.
Summary: I got mine in the second week of september, had it installed at circuit city. It works awesome with mp3 CDs and the tags are wicked cool. I still get some great sound- even through just the stock speakers in my 97 Honda Accord. This past weekend I was listening to mp3 CDs for about three hours straight for two days in a row. The cds were coming out very hot and started to skip a bit.
