Great Radio

Hopper, Amazon
10 March 2013
  • Summary: This is a great replacement double din radio. Multiple inputs including SIRIUS, as well as other great features were the initial selling points for me. After using for 6 months I consider the Dual X2DMA400 to be a top notch replacement at an really great price.

Great double-din receiver for the price. SD card support!!

  • Summary: Wanted a double-din unit to replace my factory CD receiver in my '04 Corolla, but didn't want to spend a fortune. Actually bought this over at crutchfield.com for $119, but the kicker is they also throw in the dash mounting kit, wiring harnesses and a detailed, step by step instructional guide for your specific vehicle, complete with pictures. Installation wasn't too bad and I'm not good at doing that kind of stuff.

good on paper, not so good in use

The DINK, Amazon
24 March 2012
  • Summary: I had such high hopes for this stereo. Finally a car stereo that could play from a high capacity card. Unfortunately, this thing just plain sucks. It truly is a shame that they stuffed all these features into a stereo, but nobody bothered to actually test it to see how the system worked...either that or the guy responsible is clinically insane.
