Summary: I purchased this unit almost 2 years ago. For the most part I was pleased with it, but there are a few quirks. As others have mentioned some of the controls are too close together, it occasionally will hang, remedied only by shutting the unit off, and the most annoying is most of the time the time displayed on the navigation screen is off by many hours.

Summary: Unit came poorly packaged without much protection from shock or impact. The unit did not come with mounting hardware, bezel or wiring harness. When I finally can locate what I need to install it we will see if it all works. This is the first time I have ever bought used on line and didn't get all the basic parts. May never buy used again.
Summary: I bought and returned my unit. It installed fine, but the DVD/CD would not accept discs and, buying from amazon, I could not get anyone from Clarion that would give support over the phone. In short, the mic for phone calls worked well, the navigation worked well, and the radio quality was good but the mechanism for lowering the screen to reveal the dvd/cd slot was buggy and the dvd/cd mechanism would not work.
Summary: Worst piece of crap I ever bought! This turkey is the 2nd one within six months and now this one is crappin' the bed too. The user interface is awful and the unit doesn't have enough memory to do two things at once, such as GPS and or load an SD music card. The problem now is it won't toggle to camera mode when I put the vehicle in reverse so my back up camera displays. The camera is fine [I tested it with another monitor]. The issue is internal to the Clarion NX-702.
Summary: The sound is awesome. Some of the controls are too close to each other so trying to hit an icon can be challenging sometimes. The only thing that sucks with this deck is the I-pod control. The unit will either bump out of i-pod use or completely lock up the unit. Wish there was an update to fix this problem.
Summary: Love this unit but if you have fat fingers the control and touchscreen controls sit on top of each other, so when u try to touch one thing the other thing might pop up, thank God for the remote........
