Summary: I bought this amp to drive the factory sub in my Honda Ridgeline when upgrading the factory head unit to a new one. That being said, I didn't need much by way of power, but I also wanted something good quality, since I had to tear about the entire back end of my truck's cab to put it in.
Pros: - Good quality (sound and build)
- Remote level control
Summary: I am pairing this beautiful amp with the Rockford-Fosgate-R2S-1X10-10-Inch-Enclosure 200 rms on my 2005 Tacoma. I was looking for a good not expensive bass system for my truck and this set up was perfect for my truck and billing.
Summary: This is very good quality for the price. The terminals are heavy duty, and everything is on one side of the amp which makes it easier to cover up for a clean installation if it can be seen. I'm using it to power a 10" DVC sub (2 Ohm configuration) and I'm very surprised at how cool the amp runs.
Summary: A wonderful amp from a terrific American company. It comes with an "as tested" report of how much power it really makes. Unlike the Japanese and other foreign products that state a power level, and deliver much less, this amp is the real deal, with certified proof of what it does.
Summary: Simple but awesome amplifier for the price. I have this paired with a single 10" RF R2D4-10 in a sealed box under the rear bench of my Dodge Ram Quad Cab. Sub and amp is a perfect match. Amplifier is 250W RMS @ 2 Ohms and the sub is rated at 250W RMS.
