Summary: About 2 months ago my subwoofers, box and amp were stolen from my car, and unfortunately at the time I was flat broke. I went to Best Buy after a few weeks of saving up enough just for a replacement, and I bought the cheapest package deal they had. I wasn't expecting any of the new pieces to be of great quality, I had just missed the bass so much I had to get it back.
Summary: I put this and a Rockford sup in my reg cab truck and I am impressed, even with the small space and all. I use to run a 1000 watt amp on two twelves from some cheap company and this amp and a single sub blows them away. I am hooked on Rockford Fosgate from now on. Trust me this amp puts out more than 50 watts by two at 4 ohms. I bridged mine and hooked it up to a single rockford sub and am loving it. Buy it if you want great sounding bass for a little money.
Summary: I am stuck on Rocford amps. They are still the best. Where else can you get 84 watts per channel out of an amp rated at only 50 per. And the sound clarity is just amazing. My little miata sounds like a concert hall. Thanx again Rockford.
Summary: Using this amp to power Infiniti 6810cfs component speakers in the front doors of a 96 Nissan Quest mini-van. Head unit is an Alpine 9856. Also have two Infiniti 6812s in the back of the van powered by the Alpine unit. PLENTY of power for the application, and the amp delivers the goods. Advertised 50watt RMS, tests out to 85 watts RMS (per channel).
Summary: This amp is great for being one of the lowest on the rockford scale..the only problem is that if the protect light comes on your pretty much screwed unless u have a warrenty..so do yourself a favor and dont do what i did and tap the the negative and positive speaker wires together(it was an accident). overall this amp is grea. itll be good to you if you take care of it.
