Summary: Installed in a 07 mega cab. This 4 channel amp was bought to liven up the sound of my 4 Prime R165-S components. The Prime components sounded clear and loud without the amp but lacked mid range in a bad way. This amp really helped these speakers come to life. I was planning on going to a higher grade speaker after installing the amp but the sound is tuned in good enough for my liking as is. You won't be diss appointed.
Pros: Size, sleek look matched my mono amp, price cut!
Amazing power output and its got All the controls you need

Summary: It's an amazing amp and great power output, I hooked it to 4 Rockford power door speakers and its got plenty of power to push them and I barely have the amp turned up at all, all and all I would recommend this amp to anyone especially since the price is a lot cheaper than the power series.
Summary: bought this Amp but took a while to get it hooked up becouse i was re doing my hole sound system. but really workes grate so far havn"t had time to really set it just yet but sounds good .The only thing i Hate so much about this amp is the ajustment screws are way to small and Very hard to get to Other then that like it so far
Conclusion: I have been into car audio since I was 16. I am 40 now, and still have the car audio bug. I just purhcased a brand new Ford Ecoboost F-150 and this is a great truck. But the stock stereo was pathetic. I wanted a decent system for under a grand. So, I bought a JL Audio clean sweep, replacement 6x8 door speakers (pioneer in the front, Alpine in the back doors), and installed two very old school amps that I had kept from back in the day.
Conclusion: This was my first time using rockford electronics in my car audio. Simply, this was by far the best decision I have made in car amps, period. Sound quality is awesome, features on this amp are fantastic, I have never had a better sound quality and range in any other amp like the P500-4 has given me. I get complimants all the time on how good my system sounds and what I am using, good speakers are essential but without the right amp, they are only so good.
Conclusion: I was very skeptical about buying electronics online. That being said, Sonic Electronix sent me the same amp. That I would have bought in the store.......NIB as described. This thing is running a set of 6 1/2" focal components (ie: also purchased from Sonic Electronix) as well as a pair of Focal 8" co-axials with power to spare......It is loud and clear.
Summary: great amp! 60Wx4 and 1800 watts out of the box! I run two channels for the front speakers and bridge the rear for a sub. It's a little car and only got front door speaks. The amp is very powerful and I have the "gain" control turn to 50%. I had a RF Punch 200-2 years ago and I love RF amps!
Summary: Kick ass stuff here dudes and duddettes! Small Powerful, easy to set up and maintain... smokes Bostons and JL Audio speaks! (I mean in a good way..yo) Use good wire... keep your inputs away from your power cables... and you have Zero noise (as long as your using a good head unit... (I'm an Alpine freak) rock on!
Conclusion: Overall the amp has a clean sound and produces enough power for my tastes. CEA-2006 Compliant listing guarantees the advertised power rating. The size of the amp allows for installation in tight locations. The sound quality meets my expectations. Frequency and crossover adjustments exceeds what will be required for tuning. All in all I believe you will not be disappointed with this product but you may be able to find something just as good for a little less dollars.
