Summary: I chose this amp to power my 2 Fi Audio BL 15s. These subs are 1500watts rms each so I got this amp to push between 1500-2000 into them. I got the amp, and this piece of crap is 400 watts rms to one channel, only 4000 when it's maxed.
Summary: Amp works great! blew my pionneer premiers the first day! which is what i wanted , when i get my thunders they it will get the final test, this is a good amp not expecting any issues, buying a second one for my midranges
Summary: Pyle creates crappy car audio gear. They rate their amps by MAX output (must be hit by lightning to reach this wattage). It has 2 10A fuses. That means it will produce MAYBE 200 watts (any more will blow the fuses). So to rate it a 1400 watt amp is flat out lying. If you want a cheap amp that actually does rated power, try Phoenix Gold, or Hifonics.
Summary: ok i bought this a lil while ago and let me tell ya...this thing kicks a**. with the level all the way up and the bass boost and half gain it hammers my 15" like nothing im afraid to turn the stereo up to loud cause the fear of frying my sub lol. it NEVER overheats and works like a champ and its cheap def something i will buy again if something ever happens to this one.
Summary: I got this amp to hook up to complete my system, and it works great. I don't usually bump it so loud that my ears pop, but it'll do it. I haven't had overheating problems, but like I said, I don't have it really loud for a substantial amount of time. Bottom line, I'm very pleased. Great price for the product!
Summary: My 1400 - Watt amplifier was a great buy. Its size is very convenient and its performance is so far, excellent. I would recommend this product to any one who is looking for an affordable priced amplifier which offers an excellent rich sound to your car stereo when you are rolling around.
