Great Amp

buellmc from Atlanta, Sonic Electronix
11 November 2011
  • Conclusion: I installed this amp, with 2 10" alpines, 2 6x9 alpines, 2 6.5 alpines comp, and 2 4' alpines my god it bonces my mini off the ground. Just make sure to use at least #4 monster cables to power and ground the unit and you will be very happy.

Great amp for a factory stereo upgrade

Trey from Bristol, TN, Sonic Electronix
25 July 2011
  • Conclusion: This amp is a great entry level amp or factory upgrade. The sound quality of the amp is really good. The only complaint is if you jam for a long period of time it gets pretty hot.

Good enough amp for the $$

cwd from Cibolo, TX, Sonic Electronix
1 March 2011
  • Conclusion: Good entry-level 5-channel amp. I have this behind my Pioneer AVIC-D3 head unit, driving Polk Audio DB691 fronts, DB651 rears and a pair of Rockford Fosgate P3SD412 subs. It's a great amp for this at 'normal' volumes, but doesn't have enough power to really drive the bass at really loud volumes. Overall, an excellent product. The only con is the size - it's kind of large.

The BOMB!!!

accurate-consignments, Ebay
7 September 2010
  • Summary: DAMN! what an Amp. looks fantastic , the blue light bar across the top is Too Cool. Now i am 54 years old , i bought my truck ( dodge ram ) and i never liked the radio , now OHH BOY what a thrill to crank up Just about anything. It sounds so clear and spacious. I do not crank it up too much because it hurts my ears, but it sounds soo good , i can listen to classical and it is like being in a studio, Audiophile quality sound just Washes over me!

A Perfect Fit

blackbelt67, Ebay
2 June 2010
  • Summary: I was wanting a new stereo system in my car. I wanted to use an amp that could power all of my speakers. I picked this one for: it has 5-channels, blue light (to match the other blue lights in my car), the price, and name brand. If I had to pick a dislike about it....I would say it could be smaller in size and have a bit more power.

Great Amp

Vin from Placentia, CA, Sonic Electronix
15 May 2010
  • Conclusion: I bought this amp to replace 3 amps that I used in an active setup. The top end of this amp isnt as great, but the amps this replaced cost considerably more. Thank goodness that I have a 30 band EQ to smooth out the top end. The mid range and sub bass in this amp sounds the same. From what I can hear, this amp makes what it claims if not more. I do not like the that fact that you cannot bypass the subsection in addition to supplied bass remote not working.
