Conclusion: I bought my first 475a five years ago. I built a custom mount for it in my car and wired everything up. It performs very well. It can drive strong power to everything I have (Kappa speakers). However, I had to replace it last year as 1, and then 2 channels died on the unit. I have it protected by fuses and I've never blown one. The biggest concern with this unit is the exterior heat it can generate.
Summary: I'm powering 4 Infinity Kappa 6x9's in my 05 Magnum and other that getting REALLY HOT it gives off GREAT sound and I can't turn my Head unit past 25 of 35 or I might get a ticket........AGAIN!!
Conclusion: Recently ordered this amp from Sonic. Shipping was fast and customer service was great. Finally got around to hooking it up and although I have not pushed it to hard as yet it sounds pretty good for an "entry level" amp. Signal to noise ratio isn't exactly the best as there is some hiss but so far it gives off pretty good power. Running it in tri way mode. Powering a set of components up front and a sub in the rear.
Summary: I used this on my two pairs of Infinity Kappa 6.5 components and sounds great, good quality. Has a good power output and clean. Its a stable 4 channel amp and has good eq features. Good looks too.
Conclusion: I had this amp connected in my now wife's car in the trunk in Texas Heat.. and it was a great product, never went into protect. Look guys, this is a front stage and rear fill unit.. not really meant for Subs.. of course it's gonna overheat like that.
Summary: Hot Baby Hot, IF you are out all night partying and driving and get hungry, then this amp is for you.Why you ask? Because this amp gets so hot you can cook eggs on it.I really can't say they all do this but i bought this one on ebay here off of someone and that may be the reason they were selling it.This thing runs for a while gets hot and goes into protect mode shuts off and then finally turns back on and before you know it back off it goes.

Conclusion: I have this amp pushing 4 Infinity Kappa 682.9cf, in my little 2 door truck. It sounds so loud in a little truck!! Excellent high's and mids! I don't know anybody with a better system! Also, have 2 10inch JL W3 subs to balance it out.
