The American Pro VS-1598 is a MOSFET bridgeable high power amplifier with 24 dB built-in full crossover control. Features

The American Pro VS-1598 features dual protection (thermal and short circuit) and double sided PCB. It features tri-speaker hookup and soft delayed power on. The unit also features power and diagnostic LED indicator and RCA Pre-Amp line out, MOSFET (Metal Oxide Silicon Field Effect Transistors); which is used in an amplifier's output stage to provide high output power, wide frequency response and minimal distortion, low-pass filter (that filters out the high frequency pulses and results in an amplified output signal to the subwoofer and/or speakers and gold plated connectors) and high-pass filter (allowing for a music transition; tweeters in a two-way setup get only the high-range frequencies, and subwoofers get the low-frequency ranges).
