Excerpt: using it steadily for the last month, mostly outdoors with a Canon T31 + assorted lenses & a Panasonic 700 camcorder. The head assembly is solid and maneuverable, the legs extend easily & are stable on the ground, and the tripod is lightweight and easily transportable.
Pros: Compact, Durable, Easy to Use, Economical, Lightweight
Excerpt: I actually use these little tripods as light stands for my Nikon Speedlights. I do real estate photography and find them better than regular light stands because of the small footprint and the fact that they are sturdy even when extended only a few inches.
Excerpt: This tripod is very sturdily built and it is very stable in the field. I am using it for plein aire painting and the Coulter Palette Box and easel frame make a supurb combination. The entire set up is less than 5 pounds so it is easy to carry into the field.
Pros: Attaches Firmly, Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Light And Quick Set Up, Strong Clamp
Excerpt: Holds any camera I have. Lightweight and the price was right. However, as others have reported, the crank lever broke off with just a little pressure, but I can still raise it using my fingers. Cheap construction on the crank. I'd advise to be very careful using the crank lever.
Pros: Attaches Firmly, Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Strong Clamp
