Great product for my DSLR

Steinway, Adorama
17 December 2012
  • Excerpt: Needed something to reduce hand tremors other than the technology that comes with the DSLR. Purchased separate bag that makes it easy to sling over my back to carry to location of the shot. Will use in travels because it is light weight, but sturdy.
  • Pros: Attaches Firmly, Foam Grips On Legs, Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Streamlines For Carrying, Strong Clamp
  • Cons: Missing Spirit Level

30 October 2012
  • Excerpt: This tripod is excelent. Not like a professional one, but for the price it is amazing. It's very sturdy and reliable. Good to use inside and outside. The cushioned legs are a plus, if you have to carry it long ways without a bag.

Great Choice and not too expensive

Tom, B&H Photo
15 April 2012
  • Excerpt: I use a tripod primarily for nature photography. This one is stable, quick/easy to set up, lite and well built. I understand I should or will miss a bubble level on it but I haven't noticed that yet; I can make adjustments if I miss-judge after the fact with my cataloging sofware.
  • Pros: Attaches Firmly, Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Strong Clamp

Good tripod for the price

Alex JEDI, B&H Photo
26 September 2010
  • Excerpt: I liked it a lot, even though I don't use tripods very much. The only drawback is the height adjustment, which is a little clumsy, but you get used to it. Overall, great product in a good price.
  • Pros: Good Stability
  • Cons: Weak Clamp

Quick setup and reasonably light

Steven Blackwood, B&H Photo
21 December 2009
  • Excerpt: You can find better, lighter but more expensive tripods but for me this tripod works nicely. The three way head is quite fluid and supports my 5d Mk ii and the 24-105 f4 lens quite well, with no feeling that it will topple over without more than glancing force.
  • Pros: Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Strong Clamp
