  • Excerpt: I use it for Behind-the-scene shoot with DSLRs... Very light and easy to use... Only thing to consider is to add a quick release plate, but if you are alway on the go...no worries. With Full extension, it will slightly bend, if you have long heavy len attached.

Fair monopod For the price

  • Excerpt: Monopod is light and the grip is solid, should buy with attachable ballhead. When almost/completely fully extended, monopod tends to bend if moderate amount of force is applied.
  • Pros: Light, Lightweight, Opens Quickly
  • Cons: Bends when fully extended

  • Excerpt: Great monopod for the money. I use this primarily for off-camera lighting and it does the job. Easy to work with, extensions stay in place. Also good for traveling as it's not too long.
  • Pros: Lightweight, Opens Quickly, Strong Construction

Love it

  • Excerpt: It's a great inexpensive monopod. The weight and feel are fantastic, good grip. It doesn't have the strongest construction. I've dropped it many times and finally one of the plastic hinges broke, but it was a pretty severe fall - and it still works! I'm pretty hard on my equipment so I prefer to buy cheaper stuff that I can replace easily. It's great.

Does the job...very well!

  • Excerpt: I'm not a sports shooter full time. Most times I shoot my grandsons soccor ball games and soon his football games. Having on one long zoom, 200-500mm) I needed a lightweight support for this one particular lens. This mono fit the bill perfectly. It's light and gives the lens a stable platform. For the professional sports photographer it may be too light but for me it's perfect.

PRO MONOPOD at GREAT PRICE

  • Excerpt: I purchased The Slick 350 to take to Hawaii earlier last month. The Slick 350 is great. Solid, Durable, Dependable. I dropped The Slick 350 down a 100 ft hillside at Hanauma Bay, O’ahu and when I retrieved it, The Slick 350 had a couple of scratches, that’s all. No bends, no lost hardware, nothing. Very sturdy and made of good materials. It proved invaluable to me as I am prone to “shutter Shake”.
  • Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Opens Quickly, Strong Construction
  • Cons: Bit short for me at 6'4", Should come with case

Value for money

  • Excerpt: To use this was a very pleasant surprise, compared with using my tripod. Lightweight, easy to use, easy to transport, tall enough to avoid bending down using my camera. Perhaps the SLIK 350 AF monopod with a ball head could be even better, but then the wheight is three times as high.
  • Pros: Easily Adjusted, Lightweight, Locks In Tight

Slik Monopod 350

  • Summary: Mounted on top is a versatile swivel and tilting head. The lightweight aluminum leg sections have an indented groove that prevents the individual sections from turning during set-up or folding down, keeping the legs sections perfectly aligned.
