Excerpt: I shoot a lot of flowers and this allows a smaller f/stop and more depth of field. I use it with my Canon 5D Mark 3 and flash, and it handles the weight perfectly. Sometimes if I find a curb or a rock I can wedge it against one of these and it's almost as steady as a tripod.
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast, Maneuverability, Portable, Reliable, Unobtrusive Vs Tripod
Excerpt: I use it for Behind-the-scene shoot with DSLRs... Very light and easy to use... Only thing to consider is to add a quick release plate, but if you are alway on the go...no worries. With Full extension, it will slightly bend, if you have long heavy len attached.
Excerpt: used this monopod while shooting [*] football games in a row one day and it really saved my back and arms! it supported 6lbs telephoto lens plus my camera just fine. Was concerned at first, for the price would it hold the weight? but it really didn't seem to be an issue.
Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Opens Quickly, Strong Construction
