Excerpt: I liked this head in most ways, but I am selling it after owning it only a few months. I shoot spherical stitches, which require pointing the camera straight up. This lens only allows the camera to point up 30 degrees! Another very small gripe, one I could live with, is the locks tighten down funny.
Pros: Attaches Firmly, Good Stability, Strong Clamp
Excerpt: Positives: A head design is excellent, and easy to adjust the tilt angle and directions. Negatives: needs a rather strong grip to tighten the adjustments. Definitely not for those with small hands and afraid of heavier weight.
Excerpt: I love this Manfrotto 3-way Pan/Tilt Head for my tripod. It is very easy for me to work. Its RC4 Quick Release snaps my camera--or heavy lens--in place quickly and easily and securely, and I have no worries that my camera or lens might fall.
Pros: Attaches Firmly, Good Stability, Large Range of Motion, Strong Clamp
