  • Summary: It is more flexible then a tripod, and still gives a nice support. Great for Sport events. I just used it during a horse show. I am not sore anymore after a day out in the field and carrying my camera with the heavy lens. I love it!
  • Pros: Easily Adjusted, Lightweight, Locks In Tight

Good pod, is carbon fiber really needed?

  • Summary: This is a well constructed and ridged monopod. The only real issue is that I have an aluminum Slik monopod, 3 section that is the same weight and length (both collapsed and extended) and it was 1/2 the cost. Consider the dimensions and weights compared to less exotic materials before paying the extra for graphite.
  • Pros: Easily Adjusted, Good Footing, Lightweight, Locks In Tight, Rugged, Smooth Movement
