Excellent Choice

  • Excerpt: Solid sticks, very stable, lightweight, and well built. A 75mm bowl makes it very easy to level. I am using this with a Kessler Pocket Jib Traveller and it is perfect.

First shoot with 535 tripod legs

  • Excerpt: I picked up my new carbon fiber sticks yesterday & drove straight to my shoot! It was a documentary style, run-n-gun shoot w/interviews & lot's of cover video. Overall, I like them a lot. In my humble opinion, there's no such thing as a perfect set of sticks (or perfect camera, for that matter). Setting them up was quick & easy. I like the Manfrotto bag, also. I'm using the 504HD fluid head. I LOVE the 504HD!!!

Excellent Sticks

  • Excerpt: I use these and the 4 section version for my photo/video work. Could not be happier. This particular set of sticks is super light and compact. In fact, I thought we had been sent an empty box because they are so light.I have always liked Manfrotto's tripod legs and heads. Some of the legs I've used have issues with retaining tension in the height selectors (?

Great great great

  • Excerpt: This is a really great tripod overall. Its so light that you can even use it as a monopod at times, if you really needed it to. I love the 75mm bowl so that you can easily level your camera at any given time. Finally, my favority feature is how the legs spread out far enough to the ground where you can get really low shows.

Great, Great, Great

  • Excerpt: I love this tripod for a number of reasons: 1. Light and versatile. I can take it anywhere and adjust as needed depending on conditions. 2. I love that you can spread the legs and get really close to the ground. I shoot with DSLR, so this feature is really good for these type of cameras. 3. I never owned a tripod that had a 75mm bowl, but really love that you can level the camera once you have it in the tripod very easily.
