  • Excerpt: I have been very please with the articulation and levels of adjustments that I have been able to get while utilizing this ball head. Once I was able to get the tension set to my liking it became even more useful and practical to adjust.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Fits Well, Improves Tripod Function, Solid/Sturdy

  • Excerpt: After years of using a cheaper midiballhead (manfrotto 486RC2) I felt the need for something better, something more precise. The old one was fine for casual landscapes but for precision framing it was no good. After some research I purchased this beautiful piece of equipment in july 2012.
  • Pros: Rugged, easy operation, precision, panoramicbase
  • Cons: A bit pricey but worth every penny, no dragcontrol for panbase
