Summary: Useful with panoramas and landscapes, essential for architecture. Just make sure that the level is pushed into the side of the hotshoe to prevent a false horizon. There are cheaper versions available but quality will always show.
Summary: I bought mine in March 2007 and still use it all the time for landscape/seascape photography. Especially good for panoramic shots. I keep it in an old film canister in my jacket when not in use.
Summary: Very disappointed with the poor quality of this offering from Manfrotto. Everything else thatI have ordered from them has been so well made, but this level twists around so muich that it is virtually useless. There are better levels on the market and much cheaper than this.
Summary: A really useful and simple product that works well. The only downside is that the sharp edges that mean you don't want to leave it on the camera when in the back as it's likely to tear lines etc. But, given the simplicity to use, it's not a problem taking it on and off.
Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Locks In Tight, Really useful
