Great Addition to my Collection

ams, B&H Photo
21 February 2014
  • Excerpt: I am a professional videographer and purchased this little addition about 2-3yrs ago. I cannot imagine how I lived without it. It is great. Like many other said, the only down side is the stopper is way too low. It get's stuck on anything that is not high enough off the ground.

Nice dolly bad for carpets

Vinay, Adorama
7 May 2013
  • Excerpt: I love this dolly for my manfrotto. The only thing makes this useless if the venue floor is carpeted we just cannot use it. I have to change the casters on this to make it work though
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Fits Well, Improves Tripod Function, Solid/Sturdy
  • Cons: Cannot Use On Carpets, Poor Design

Variable legs make setup a snap

Rusty, B&H Photo
26 July 2011
  • Excerpt: Great and easy to use. Like many have said, the locks hang on carpet. It does not look like a grinder will solve the problem. It works for me, but you must use care when rolling on any carpet into which the wheels will sink into.

Great only for very flat floors

eltaller, B&H Photo
18 April 2011
  • Excerpt: Construction is great, and if used in a completele flat and polished floor, results are great. It doesn't fold that much, and as many said the brakes are too close to the floor. Works really well

Jun, B&H Photo
17 January 2011
  • Excerpt: I agree with one of the reviewers that the brakes are too close to the ground so it will even get caught on very short carpet. That might not be big deal for a lot of people, but if you are using it on location (office location), not all clients will have cement or hardwood floors.

Makes my life easier

Adorama
22 September 2009
  • Excerpt: This dolly makes it much easier for me to reposition my tripod in my studio. I use it with a Manfrotto 3021BPro. Instead of picking up the tripod to reposition now I can just roll it. And this helps me make much smaller changes than before very easily.
  • Pros: Easy To Use, Fits Well, Improves Tripod Function, Solid/Sturdy
