Summary: I bought this to keep heavy binoculars on, and leave it in my back window overlooking the bird feeders. Works fine: I like these screw-leg adjusters better than the snap-levers on my other tripod. It would be nice if there was a tray of some sort to keep lens caps and things, like I have on the other one.
Summary: I bought this as a package with my 503 head, and they are a match made in Heaven. I have a Canon XH-A1, and I film music videos, so this came in handy. I also use the tripod setup with my whole rig, which consists of the A1, Letus35 Extreme, and Rode Mic, and the set-up holds up just fine.
Pros: Folds Small, Good Stability, Lightweight, Unfolds Quickly
Summary: This is the first "pro" tripod I've used and so far it has been great. The stand is very stable and the ability to adjust the leg-angle all the way out to 90-degrees means you should have no problem setting the tripod on any surface.
Summary: I use this product from detail shots, to scenery and even sports. It is very durable ad extends past 6 feet. It works amazing in amy situation. I would recommend this product for photo or video use.
Pros: Affordable, Durable, Good Value, High Quality
Summary: I bought this tripod for my Olympus DSLR outfit, because the Gitzo Studo Performance I use for my Sinar was too heavy. It works great, is durable and the locks of the legs can be adjusted if needed over years-time. The 804RC2 is great for general use, I replaced it with the 410 geared head for my architectural asignments. As this tripod go's LOW too, the central post will get in the way.
Summary: I am a videographer and a stills photographer and I just purchased this tripod. So far it has come in very handy, and the maximum height of it is incredible! I highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a big budget but needs a sturdy, durable tripod!
Summary: I was looking for lighter weight tripod to handle my camera (Canon 5D with 70-200/2.8 and 2x teleconverter), but I did not want to spend the money for a carbon unit. It works great especially with the 486 ball head. I definitely recommend it.
