Summary: I purchased this Gorillapod with my new camera, a Canon SX1 IS. This camera is almost the size of a DSLR, being a megazoom, and this stand is excellent.

Summary: This Gorillapod should be able to hold the weight of a Nikon D90 with 18-105mm lens...but it doesn't! The camera will slowly tip over in a matter of seconds.
Summary: Ok, as i said in the title, this is a terrible tripod, and it is almost impossible to get the legs perfectly straight, but this is the best possible tripod for anywhere
