  • Excerpt: I'm an amateur living in Montana between Glacier National park and Yellowstone. I bought this because I wanted a travel monopod that could also fit into the case of my Induro Grand Turismo Carbon 8X tripod that I bought a few weeks ago and, by the way, based solely upon reviews from this web site. Never saw an Induro product before and took a chance. Love them both. A true value.
  • Pros: Compact, Lightweight, Opens Quickly, Strong Construction, Very Steady And Sturdy
  • Cons: Can't think of any

  • Excerpt: Feels well made and nicely designed. The belt strap is handy. Can also be used a walking stick. Would be useful if it were another 2" longer.

  • Excerpt: Was steered towards the Induro by the salesperson and glad he did. Very compact when closed, light weight which is nice since I like to keep all of my support equipment in one bag. Also very smooth extending and closing the monopod, noticed some of the others would stick and wouldn't slide in an out as easy on the display models.

Great, light-weight support.

  • Excerpt: I've owned several monopods over the years but most were relatively heavy when compared to this one, and were cumbersome to carry around when not in use because of their length. I have used the Induro monopod several times now and it works great. Lightweight, sturdy and easy to carry on your belt. The small case that comes with it is probably the only shortcoming that I can see.

  • Excerpt: After allot of research, I bought the Induro CT 114 carbon fiber tripod and was so impressed with its quality that my choice for what monopod to buy came down to which model Induro to select. I chose the 5 section CM 25 because it is the shortest when collapsed. The fully extended height is not a problem for me with a ballhead fitted, but if you're especially tall, you might want one of the other Induro models.
