Great tripod

Matt, B&H Photo
27 August 2013
  • Excerpt: I only have one regret: that I didn't buy a Gitzo a few years ago. I use this in conjunction with a Really Right Stuff BH-55 head. It is rock solid. The heaviest lens I use is the 300 F2.8 L IS mk I lens and it hold that with no issues at all.
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Lightweight

Great Tripod !

Sharp Eyes, WEX
12 October 2012
  • Summary: I bought this tripod to replace my old Mountaineer tripod which has a centre column and was insufficient to support a biglens. It comes with a selection of feet included in the price for different terrain and tripod grease which I would have had to have bought as extras for my old tripod. It provides a very stable platform for a big lens and definately vibrates less than my old one.It is ideal for travel as it folds up nice and small and is not too heavy to carry about.
  • Pros: Compact, Easily Adjusted, Good Footing, Lightweight, Locks In Tight, Smooth Movement
