Excerpt: The flash would not fit onto the camera--I measured the piece on my Pentax with the base of the flash and the flash attachment site was much larger. I pushed and pushed and it finally went on--then I had just as bad a time getting it off. I thought---why ruin my camera because this dog won't fit? so it went back to Adorama the next day. I TRUSTED ADORAMA AND THIS WAS A REAL LET DOWN--MY FIRST ONE WITH THEM.
Excerpt: I purchased this device for my Canon T4i.<br />Guys, I was stupid. You know why? Because it has a stand with it. I planned to use it as a wireless device but IT DOES NOT have such a function. Yes, I am stupid, I should have read carefully. But the most beautiful thing is this. I called to Sigma and asked them about this stand. If the device can not provide wireless function, what is the purpose of the stand? The answer was: we put this stand to every case. Amazing.
Excerpt: Can't recall where I order this unit from but it came with a set of batteries that after one week were leaking so not 100% sure my problems are not related but I have cleaned all batt connections.<br /><br />This flash cycles real slow and for me will not work with anything other than Alkaline batteries with 1.5V, using NiMh 1.2V the unit will not power on at all.<br /><br />The battery door is weak and has came loose on my the day I got the flash.
Excerpt: I used this flash for one event before returning it. The TTL metering was all over the place, recycle time even with fresh batteries was abysmal, and on top of all that, halfway through the event, it stopped working altogether. I returned it and bought a 430EXII.
Excerpt: I bought this as a backup to my 580 EX II. I was a little disapointed in the feel of the unit as soon as it came out of the box. Just didn't feel as sturdy as it should have for the money. I loaded the batteries in it, went to close the batter compartment door and it snapped off. You can hear part of the plastic rattling around inside the flash. I'll be returning it tomorrow and not re-ordering.
Summary: Wir würden den Diffusor lieber schnellstens zurück senden. Sehr schade.
