Excerpt: Excellent flash but far too limited (guide # low, doesn't tilt or swivel). Has very low resale value (B&H has used one in stock since March). Don't bother. For less money get the Panasonic FL360 or 360L.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight
Excerpt: Great little flash with severe limits (no tilt, no swivel, low guide #) for a lot of money. The only one I've been able to get to work with a Leica Type 114. Be sure shutter is not in auto or electronic shutter mode or it won't work.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easy To Use, Fast Recycling, Lightweight
Excerpt: I agree with all the reviews concerning the quality of this small flash. I consistently use the diffuser that is included in the box. I am unhappy with the how this flash is mounted to the body. When the CF22 is in the hot shoe it covers the mode dial and makes it very difficult to adjust.
Excerpt: I need this product to brighten group pictures in dim lit rooms. It allows me to get brighter photographs, especially when the subjects are against a white background. I enjoy the product totally.
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast Recycling, Powerful Output
Excerpt: I've used the Leica CF-22 Compact Flash unit on both my Leica D Lux-6 and my Leica V Lux-4 cameras. I must say I am very pleased with it. It gives me that added punch when flash photography is needed. On My V Lux - 4 I used the CF-22 as a fill flash in a natural light portraiture.
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast Recycling, Lightweight, Powerful Output, Versatile
Excerpt: CF22 Flash adds significant range to flash capabilities vs. the D-Lux 6 built in flash. Many indoor events and gatherings require more lighting than the standard flash on the D-lux 6 is able to provide. The CF22 fills that void.It is compact and fits a small camera like the D-Lux 6 perfectly.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easy To Use, Fast Recycling, Lightweight, Powerful Output
Excerpt: Great little flash unit Easy to use and works as advertised. the only con is that in wide angle shots, the lens blocks the lower part of the flash creating a small black arc in the bottom of the photo. Other than that, I love the thing
