Excerpt: Purchased this to use with my wide angle lens which caused a shadow on my photos when using the pop up flash attachment. So far, it is doing exactly what I bought it for and I am thrilled to have one less complication in my novice learning process with my Canon Rebel T3i.
Excerpt: Product arrived ahead of the shipping date. Have already used it for a photo job, and all worked as promised although I should probably point out; I'm responding to a request for a review from B&H regardless of the fact that I've only owned the Speedlite 320EX for about a week, and used it just once. I have not tried using the LED light to shoot video yet.
I think the real review should come a year from now.
Excerpt: I bought this product primarily to provide filler light via the LED when I shoot videos with my DSLR. It works as advertised. In low light conditions, which is primarily what the LED is for, it provides ample lighting so as not to blind the subject, but just enough for a 2.8 apperture lens to capture a good clip. On the flash photography side, it is powerful enough for the type of photography I do, but not as powerful as my bigger Speedlite.
Pros: Consistent Output, Durable, Easy To Use, Fast Recycling, Lightweight, Versatile
Excerpt: Flash quality is fairly good, but I am more happy about the LED light that provides light during video in the dark.

It doesn't seem to refresh as fast as 580EX, but that is to be expected.
Excerpt: I did a photo shoot yesterday with the flash, using the rechargeable batteries and bracket that came with the flash. I did studio and outdoor shots and it functioned perfectly in both settings. As an added bonus the bracket made it easier to remove the camera from the not very great tripod I use as we headed outdoors. What a difference an adjustable flash makes in image quality. Sometimes you regret a purchase but not this time...I love it so far.
