ralph, Adorama
2 April 2014
  • Excerpt: I had to return this item. Information stated it would work with Nikon cameras it did not work at all with my Nikon D80. The return was very easy, the customer service is one of the reasons I have purchased all my camera equipment from Adorama.

  • Summary: I'm not a pro, so I thought I would save a few bucks and learn how to use a flash and my camera before I drop some real money on camera accessories. Friends of mine picked up the Nissin di622 for about $70 more than what I paid for the Bower flash. I would say they are comparable. the Nissin di622 doesn't have any manual settings or a lcd display. The Bower has both.

It is great product

  • Summary: Overall quality of the flash is good. Only problem I found and would like to bring to others notice is when you use bounce or swiwel, auto zoom does not work and fixed to 50mm. If you want, you can set zoom manually. When you use bounce with iTTL, sometimes flash throw less light and picture become under exposed.
