Excerpt: Needed a 6pt Cross Screen Filter for my Canon XTI. Had a Hoya for an old Minolta SLR years ago so I thought I'd go back to it. Very satisfied. No complaints. Adorama ships quickly and without any problems. I recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Summary: The filter I use the second Godi very happy about that! before you buy it I read a lot of tests and concluded that it is the best choice for me. all the products of the firm with whom I had to face the highest quality.
Excerpt: good to see that filters like this are now aailable for digital cameras. used similar filters for a long time with my 35mm cameras. this type of filter makes great effects for sunrises, sunsets, and reflectios of light on water. missed that ability until now.
Excerpt: I bought this to help achieve a more romantic scene for doing portrait photography, and while I haven't had the chance to do that YET, it works wonderfully. I used this up at the north shore of Minnesota in Two Harbors and it captures every glimmer of light beautifully. It may be a little spendy but it is definitely worth it.
Summary: This is a great filter for night shots, and sunsets. It is much better then the 8 star that I also have. The 8 star seems to catch the closest light and makes it over shadow the others. Dislike: Sometimes it doesn't catch the lights that are further away, so you have to do some adjustments in the light settings. This is not easy to do in the dark. But overall, I am very satisfied with the results. PS Be aware that the cheaper brands will NOT give you the same results.
