  • Excerpt: Got it for my Nikkor 18-200 zoom. The lens are fine. Fits well, no visible distortion, it's very solid in construction. The glass is perfect and has no defects. No reflections. Perfect filter for eveyday use. I even don't take it off, only if I need to place my polarising filter. Thanks a lot to BH for good quality lens and good price for it.
  • Pros: Clear optics, Compact Design, Easy To Use, Improves Picture Quality, Interfaces Well With Camcorder

Protect Your Lens!

  • Excerpt: I use this filter on all my lenses and have always been pleased with their performace. They have no negative impact on images and recently shooting wild horses in WY I took my 18-200 out of the case and found I could not get the lens cap off. The filter was completely shattered. Not sure what happened, but so glad it was the filter that took the brunt of it and not my lens. The price point is good and I woulnd't take my lenses out without it.
  • Pros: Compact Design, Easy To Use, Protects lens, Thin

  • Excerpt: In my view, this is a 4 star filter in overall quality but it's affordable like a 3 star filter so to me, that's a 5 star score. It's all I need. It's a standard filter with no anomalies in how it operates.

  • Excerpt: I use the Hoya multicoated UV filters as protection filters. They work well and I can't see any difference in image quality with or without them. For me, they make it easier to clean the front of the lens.
