  • Summary: Very firm covering. 8 layers on each side. Extra strong glass. Excellent optical properties. I have not noticed a difference with my B+W and Heliopan filters.

You don't even know it's there...

  • Excerpt: When I first took this filter out of the packaging I thought it was defective and they just sent me the ring. That's how immaculate the glass on this filter is. Screw it onto your lens, leave it on and forget it. It doubles as a protective shield for your lens too. The filter actually does produce noticeably sharper images outdoors where there is a lot of sunlight involved.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Lightweight, Reliable

  • Excerpt: Using this on an 18-200 lens on an apsc camera. It does seem to have fewer reflection and flare issues than cheap UV filters. Hopefully it proves to be durable...
