Excerpt: I have not used it yet but the polarizing filter does not seem too strong. . when I rotate and look through I can't see much difference. Maybe through the lens is better. But it works with
the filter holder so I'm happy about that
Excerpt: Got this to use with graduated neutral density filters in the Cokin "P" holder. The fit is snug and adjustment is a bit less than desired. The results are good, however it seems that I loose about one more F Stop (when used alone without the addition of a graduated filter) compared to my Hoya screw...
Excerpt: Good value, but not perfect. This works well, but does slightly shift the color, more than I expected. I don't have a lot of experience with polarizers, so I can't really compare it, but I was surprised to have my image lose as much light and have a slight blue cast to it when using this polarizer.
Excerpt: Wanted to have a polarizer filter to fit my Cokin system holder. This does a nice job & works fairly well. I had other polarizers to fit various lens sizes but with this, I can use it on every lens I have.
Excerpt: I really like the Cokin polarizer as I don't have to buy three different filters for my three lenses.
I've had one for 7 years and got a scratch and I ordered a new one.
It has always worked well for me.
Excerpt: I have lenses in 5 different filter sizes. Cokin P164 with the P-series holder is an economical and practical solution to my PL and ND (including graduated ND!) filter needs. Polarization is not as strong as with the more expensive PL filters but I am satisfied. Good value.
