  • Excerpt: I am professional photographer and i am very content with the battery magazine. It hasn't had any problems. The plastic seems durable but if it were thicker it would be more sturdy. However its great and has not given me any headaches.
  • Pros: Lightweight
  • Cons: Flimsy Construction

Great in a pinch

BMB, B&H Photo
30 June 2009
  • Excerpt: When I'm on the road and the camera batteries die, this is a great back up. It uses AA batteries that are available almost everywhere and they will last long enough to recharge the dedicated batteries. Thankfully, I haven't run into this situation but, better prepared than not.
  • Pros: Great back up
  • Cons: Something else to carry

Slightly slower shutter button

birchy009, Amazon
31 January 2011
  • Summary: does exactly what I want it to, only a fraction too slow, my primary source of media comes from live entertainment where I need to be fast, this delivers at speeds I need some of the time, but not always. I would recommend for anyone who needs longer battery life, avoid non-Canon batteries though.
