Solves my battery problem

Walter, B&H Photo

  • Excerpt: I never have to check my battery level again during any photo shoot again. Durable material and canon quality guaranteed. Highly suggest buying the item if you don't want to switch out batteries throughout the day or photo shoot. It does make the camera a little heavier but don't be a weak baby and whine about it. Keep it in your hand all day and your strength will come.
  • Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Good Audio Quality, Great Picture Quality
  • Cons: Bulky

Outstanding Grip(worth the extra money)

  • Excerpt: Have had my 6D for about a year now. Went through 2 after market grips and both failed. Both had problems with power cut outs and bad shutter lag. I then broke down and paid the big bucks for a Canon. Worth every cent. Works flawlessly and has never let me down. I guess I'm a slow learner, some after market products are just not worth the time and money and headaches.

Best partner EOS 6D

  • Excerpt: Recommend this accesory. The weight of lens "L" need Camera + Grip, the conjunt is much equilibrated.Recomiendo enfáticamente este accesorio ya que la EOS 6D es una cámara relativamente pequeña para los lentes de la serie "L", en especial los zoom's de abertura 2.8f. El Grip ayuda a equilibrar el conjunto de cámara + lentes. Great!!

Gotta' Love A Grip!

Steve Parr, B&H Photo
16 July 2014
  • Excerpt: I love battery grips. I have very large hands, and there aren't too many cameras out there which don't feel small in my hands. The build seems rugged enough, although I'm mildly concerned with the release mechanism to get the battery sled out. It fits in the side as opposed to having the batteries inserted from the back. It's not bad, it's just new, so time will tell. Overall, I like it a lot.

  • Excerpt: The battery grip works great! It fits perfectly, and a very nifty feature is how you store the battery door in the grip, so you'll always have it. The main reason I bought this was to make shooting portraits easier, and this device really pays off. Highly recommended!

Get the Canon Brand

Mediaman67, B&H Photo
30 June 2014
  • Excerpt: Canon Brand quality! - I am a pro photog, and have owned many of the EOS camera bodies, and alway got the grip... it's a must have if you shoot portraits for a living, esp hand held... but it's great for extending the record time for video on these DSLRS... Get it, you would love it - it makes your camera look like a 1D and people will take you more seriously too... I don't know about the off brands, but my work is too important to take chances on off brand stuff..
  • Pros: Durable, Easy to Use, Lightweight

Works great

  • Excerpt: This is a must have. Two batteries are better than one. And when you have no good batteries, you can use AA's (only if you have this grip).
  • Pros: Easy to Use, Good Battery Life
