The item I received is not what was advertised, but I need it now and don't have time to return

Summary: This item that I received was not the TI-83 plus, but rather just the TI-83 from 1996. I don't know if it functions with the latest technology, because my computers are all too advance to update it. I am disappointed that it's being out dated was not clearly stated up front. It has lots of scratches on the back and looks like it's 20 years old... actually 17 years old.
Summary: I received the calculator and things were great for about 2 weeks and then the calculator suddenly stopped working. I changed the batteries and still not working. There is no reason why it should have suddenly stopped working. This is very frustrating because I am in the middle of my math course. If I had to do it over, I would have not purchased a used one.
Summary: A very detailed calculator. The one I purchased on Ebay didn't come with a manuel, so without the instruction of the Stat teacher, I would have no idea how to work the thing. It seems like most of the functions could be done with an app, but the teacher insisted that we purchase this calculator.
Summary: I purchased this item for my statistics at the suggestion of a classmate. Perhaps I have a defected product, but I seem to encounter more error messages than the solutions to problems. Very disappointed.
Summary: This calculator arrived without the instruction manual or cable as was advertised. Additionally there was no packaging therefore, this could easily have been a used calculator. Syarcusecalculus replied that because it was part of a teacher kit there was no packaging and that it was not supposed to come with a cable (the ones in the store do) but did apologize for the missing manual.
