Summary: This is a nice calculator for the price and it fits in a purse. I do wish it came with some kind of cover since I have it in my purse. It can be turned on accidentally, thus wearing down the battery.
Summary: I've had one of these calculators for several years and am very happy with it. It does something the Product Description doesn't include, something I haven't seen in low cost calculators. It does turn off after a while to save energy, but it retains what you've entered in the memory.
Summary: Needed a couple of simple calculators. Could not find anything local but scientific calculators. These are exactly what I was looking for, and the price is great. I was surprised they had batteries.
Excerpt: Texas Instruments Calculator is nice, basic tool. It is right size, easy to operate, easy to read. No problems so for. Highly recommend for anybody that needs inexpensive yet functional calculator.
Excerpt: The Texas Instruments TI-503sv 8-digit display calculator is easy to use, has medium size button and a great display screen. The color is nice too. The Texas Instruments Display Calculator also doesn't have to be used in daylight for a solar screen.
Summary: I purchased this Texas Instruments TI-503SV calculator to perform simple math calculations for everyday use. This calculator is not scientific so it does not know the precedence of operators, and not ideal for Algebra. So if you would input 5 + 2 * 3 it would equal 21 instead of 11.
