Summary: My 1st grade math whiz loves this calculator and that he can use it for all sorts of calculations (he likes to see what # x # would be for example) and can use it like 'flash cards'. Easy to use for his age.
Summary: My son loves calculators but has poor short term memory. So learning his facts was a challenge. I purchased several different tools and I am safe to say that this was his favorite one. It has several different functions and is easy to use.
Summary: I use this mostly for multiplication drills for my children. You have the option of doing drills by family. If you get a wrong answer a 'X' mark will show at the top right of the screen. When the answer is correct a check mark will show. Then it goes on to the next problem in the multiplication family that you choose to do. Great for school or for review of facts.
Summary: This was a gift for our 3rd grader to use for school when he needs one. We were tired of the dollar store calculators breaking or not working accurately, so we wanted something more reliable, yet simple and appropriate for elementary-age work. This one is perfect! The buttons are simply arranged and easy to find. It is a nice size--not too small or too big. The math drill function is very easy to operate and our 8yo learned how to do the drills in just a few seconds.
