Affordable and Practical

tollman43, Ebay
3 April 2014
  • Summary: I have used this Brand and Model in my Tax & Accounting practice for some time. They are very functional, compact and easy to use. The only disadvantage I have found is that the ink rollers do not last that long if the calculator is used everyday. Its a good value for the money.

This calculator is used during each week, and does what it's supposed to, so far so good, so I like it.

it does what I need it to do.

Frugal Nonna, Amazon
16 February 2013
  • Summary: There were no instructions with it, so I had to figure it out on my own. There wasn't an obvious subtotal key, but I eventually figured out which one would subtotal. There were other differences between this calculator and others I've used in the past, but after learning the differences I can make it do what I need it to do.

Good calculator

Pao, Amazon
29 October 2012
  • Summary: Easy to use, good size, great battery life. The only downside is that the plastic on top, where the paper goes, need to be kept loose. If you close it right the paper will get stocked.

Nothing But Problems

Sylvia C., Amazon
19 September 2012
  • Summary: I made the unfortunate mistake of trying to change the print head out, what a mess! After I tried to start up again, I had nothing but printing errors and now the damn thing keeps printing error messages and I can't clear it. I will have to throw it out and buy another one! So tired of cheap merchandise from China and Taiwan. I'm going to have to look for good old American-made products.

Good Calculator for a Small Desks

M. Hollins "milliepat", Amazon
15 September 2012
  • Summary: I don't have room for a large or medium size calculator on my desk. The numbers on the Sharp are large enough to read without glasses, it is about the size of a paper back fiction book which is great for small desk spaces.

error...error...error...error...error...

J.R., Amazon
13 September 2012
  • Summary: My old Canon P1-DH III I paid $20 for at Office Depot finally went bonkers so I looked around for a replacement. This one got good reviews so I ordered it not knowing that an ERROR SYSTEM was built into the circuit board. A printing error symbol (PE) will appear on the display and the KEYBOARD WILL LOCK UP FOR NO APPARENT REASON that I can figure out.
