Summary: The buttons don't work and you have to be careful that the digits print on screen when you press the buttons. I have never written a review before, and this one i have written only to prevent you from making any mistakes. Also there is no rps, ie it is not possible to do operations like taking a square root after doing some calculations Buy any calculator with good reviews. But not this.
Summary: I bought this calculator because it was an HP, and because it was really inexpensive. I had read alot of reviews of so-called "easily missed keystrokes" and such, and I wanted to see for myself. This really does happen quite a bit, and it seems to be that the calculator sort of hangs for a moment when you are entering a formula, and if you don't check your work every so often to make sure that all the data is there, you will make mistakes.
Summary: I USE THIS MUCH LESS THAN I USED THE "ORIGINAL" HP-35 AND THEN THE HP-40 WHICH I HAD 30+ YEARS AGO BEFORE DESKTOP COMPUTERS WERE AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, IT IS AN INDISPENSIBLE ITEM IN MY LAPTOP BAG. .
Summary: This calculators ability to input whole equations at once, as well as show any answer as a fraction and number is what put it over the top for me, ive owned it for 3 years and if it ever dies ill buy it again.
Summary: Arrived in a very good condition and has almost all the necessary mathematical functions for me. Perfect for students for everyday use. The only things I didn't like is that the screen isn't visible very well in sun light. And also when you calculate and division it displays fractions by default, not the number itself. For example if you calculate 6/5 the result is exactly the same, not 1.2.
Summary: Really disappointed with the toy plastic look but it has performed well so far. It has a few really neat features that even my TI-nspire doesn't. Another issue I have however is that the cover does not clip on to the back after being removed from the front, I've never seen that happen with any calculator designs before. Frankly I'm worried my sister will lose the cover at school.
Summary: This is a great calculator! This is the second one my son has had and he loves it! Someone stole his first one at school so that is why we had to purchase another one. Amazon was the only place I could find it! Even HP was out of stock!!!!
Summary: I bought this thing as a backup in a shop with CNC tools. I don't use it everyday, not enough to know all the commands by heart. The one job ending property is that every result is displayed as a fraction, not a decimal number. I learned how to switch the results when I first bought the thing, then left it on a shelf for a month until I needed it again.
Same calculator as Casio fx-300ES, but worse case.

Summary: I purchased this calculator, but later had to return it and get it's big brother, the Casio fx-115ES because of features missing from this model (like the ability to handle binary, hex, and octal numbers). This calculator is the SAME as the Casio fx-300ES. Don't believe me? Download the manual for both and compare them. The only difference between them is that buttons are moved around. Oh, and the case for the HP 300s is HORRIBLE.
