Summary: Fantastic Breadmaker! I have had it for over two years now and have used it once or twice a week without fail. It has made a perfect loaf every single time except maybe a couple times, both my error. The more traditionally shaped loaf is very nice.
Summary: If this bread machine was a car it would be a Ferrari! The bread comes out glorious! If you don't happen to be there when the bread is done it keeps it from getting soggy by keeping the temp and air circulating.
Summary: Pretty easy to make some of the best bread ever. We are coming up on one year and have made perhaps 100 loaves. Almost never buy bread at the store anymore. The texture of this bread is much, much better than our previous breadmaker. And moist. And does not crumble like some.
Summary: Well worth the price if you bake regularly. Wore out 2 Breadman Pro machines over 7 years. I make whole wheat bread every Sunday night and LOTS of Finnish coffee cake during the holidays. Also used a recipe for brioche to make rolls for this last Thanksgiving - a HUGE hit!

Summary: First, perhaps one start is a little harsh but who would pay attention if I gave it a three. In my family, we make so much bread that we usually wear out the transmissions of bread makers long before anything else fails. I have had four other machines before this.

Summary: Please read this to the end. I picked this up figuring if the PAC20 can't make a good bread with a soft crust....nothing will. Now I'm only 5 breads into it and the first three I baked - even baking on light produced a medium crust particularly around the corners and bottom.
