Comparison with full-sized Zojirushi BBCCX20 and Breadman

Edward Barnett, Amazon
5 July 2014
  • Summary: This is my fourth bread machine in the past 15-20 years. I started out using the original Zojirushi, which was a great machine (but eventually died after many years of loyal service). More recently, I had been using a full-size Zojirushi BBCCX20 and a Breadman Ultimate.

Kneeding blade sheds non-stick coating

A Marine, Amazon
26 March 2012
  • Summary: The bread maker is the number one appliance in my kitchen. I use it at least once a week. I have toyed with recipes and finally found the perfect loaf. The machine is 5 Stars. However... The kneeding blade sheds it's non-stick coating, a thin plastic like film.

Fantastic, will never go back to store bread...

M. Wagner, Amazon
31 December 2011
  • Summary: I've tried to make bread in the past, it never turned out well. Perhaps I'm too impatient for all the rising, punching down, kneading, whatever, but it just wasn't good. Then I had a chance to pick this little thing up.

This is a WONDERFUL MACHINE!

HHZ, Amazon
24 September 2011
  • Summary: I am writing this review after owning the Zojirushi BB-HAC10 1-lb Loaf Breadmaker for nearly two years. Having never before used a breadmaker, my spouse and I gave it a good, long test, on many breads, before writing a review. So here I am, another very satisfied consumer!

Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Bakery

Wilbur C. Andrews "Wil", Amazon
25 August 2011
  • Summary: Makes the best bread I have ever baked. The one pound loaf is perfect for the two of us. I bake a loaf about every two days. The timer is great. I make a lot of french bread and the time in this machine is five hours -- three risings.

Seriously! Best Bread Machine Ever!!!

Corie, Amazon
19 May 2011
  • Summary: About a year ago, I decided to makeover my meals to eat as healthy as I possibly could, with a goal to eliminate added preservatives, colors, sugar, fat, salt, and chemicals. It has been a phenomenal change and my body thanks me for it, as I am healthier than I've ever been.

A Different-Task Machine from the Zo-2lb

*Auntie L* "color & pigment specialist; watermedia artist", Amazon
23 April 2011
  • Summary: Like many others, I already own the Zo Bread Machine for 2lb loaves -- and I use it at least 4 times a week for bread and quick breads/cakes with great success. Now that it's just me and my husband at home, if I make a 2lb loaf of bread that is the right size/height for toast and sandwiches, it is...

Makes a poor loaf of bread

Jean A. Nix "Quilter", Amazon
26 February 2011
  • Summary: I have a large bread maker which I was using less and less because of it's size. I thought getting the "mini" breadmaker would work better. I like the size of the smaller machine as I can keep it on my counter and handle it easily. However, I was very disappointed in the quality of the bread.

Love, Love, Love my Zojirushi

YogiKat, Amazon
4 October 2010
  • Summary: I love this little bread maker. You don't have to know how to bake to use this machine. It is the perfect size for my tiny apartment with limited counter space. It is also so easy to use. Follow the directions and 1,2,3 you have delicious, fresh, preservative free bread.

A wonderful little appliance

Ronald N. Crawford, Amazon
14 July 2010
  • Summary: I don't do nearly what this little jewel is capable of due to a restricted diet that allows for only low carb products, I 'bake' a variety of cheesecakes, coconut flour and flax seed flour treats for myself and little else.
