Summary: We've made potato bread twice now, some asitago Cheese buns, and a white whole wheat loaf. I left the whole wheat loaf in too long. (it stays on the warm section until you remove the bread and it was alitlle dry around the edges. Other wise very good taste. I really love the fact you can make jams in it . I'll try that next year.
Summary: I have company at least once a week and it gets lots of ahh's when I serve them homemade bread. My sister can only eat whole wheat bread and she says this is the best ever. The crust is crispy and the bread is tender and moist. I also use the timer and wake up in the morning to the smell of fresh bread. I simply love this machine. Summary: It was as easy as plugging in the machine , watching the video instructions and within 4 hours I had piping hot gourmet bread on my kitchen counter and when we were hit with a winter storm , this was the most comforting aroma and filling with wheaty goodness ... I used a recipe for Semolina bread and the texture was amazing with a crunchy crust and soft inside ... just perfect.

Summary: I am extremely happy with my Zojirushi BBCE20 bread machine. I was very apprehensive about my first loaf turning out anywhere near what resembled a loaf of bread. After following the easy instructions for the basic white bread, my first loaf turned out perfect; better than store bought!. I can't wait to try all the variations of bread in the instruction booklet as I have no fear that those loaves will be perfect as well.
