Summary: We received our bread machine quickly and use it regularly! It worked great at first, but we started having problems shortly afterward. The basket comes loose from the turner gadget in the bottom of the unit. My husband figured out a way to brace it in so we can still use it; otherwise, I'd be really upset!! Not too happy!!
Summary: I had tried on numerous occasions to make gluten free breads at home. I was unsuccessful everytime until I got this marvelous bread maker. It makes gluten free bread, seem like regular bread, The texture come out great and the machine is super easy to use! I can't say a single bad thing about this machine!
Summary: Made by Cuisinart. Must be good, right? Like the Sham-Wow! guy says, "We all know that Cuisinart makes good stuff". Except this one does not work well for baking simple loaves of bread. My trusty Hitachi HB-B301 had a broken drive belt, and as Hitachi stopped making this item a dozen years ago, supplies of replacement parts dried up a half dozen years after that. So I bought Cuisinart. The whole concept of its system is different.
Summary: I owned the same machine for the past 6 years and have enjoyed the results. The 'brains' started going a little crazy on me so I decided it was probably time to replace. I am aware of many negative reviews on this maker, but a few things made it more desireable to stick with 'the devil I know'!
