I've always wanted a bread maker- I thought I was buying good quality. I bought lots of ingredients to make gourmet bread for Christmas gifts! I put the ingredients in the pan and inserted it into the machine, the pan kept popping off of the spindle! It would not knead! I called cuisinart and they said that it sounded like I was doing everything right. They offered to send me a replacement by the end of JANUARY! Bad customer service! Uncaring! Every loaf collapsed and baked into a dense, inedible mound of dryness. Tried to return it, but had passed the Amazon return time. Cuisinart was not particularly helpful--made us return and try another machine twice even though I explained that I thought the issue had to do with the rise times... Read more or see product

Had this for about 1 week and can't get enough! So easy to use (I'm technically challenged) just put the ingredients in, set the size and the color crust and push start. I'm looking forward to making the more "specialty" breads (comes w/ a ton of recipies) and pizza dough. Highly recommend. Have had this over 1 month now, and can't get enough. Rosemary bread and sun-dried tomato and mozzarella breads are exceptionally good. Had a little trouble with the whole wheat... Read more
