Summary: Maybe it's just mine but the radio does not work properly at all. Station bleed is a big issue. You can hear two stations at once when its warmed up. I think it is faulty to be honest but also the unit has a LCD display that does not align with the clear window in the lid. The sound is very good on the CD unit but I am returning it due to the faulty radio.
Summary: I bought this to replace an earlier portable CD player which I had bought for my two grandchildren aged 3 and 5. The previous model had not lasted very long with them both using it independently of mum but this make gas been much more robust and seems to be able to put up with their rather rough handling much better. I read lots of reviews of cheap CD players before buying and they all mentioned how difficult it was to find a robust cheap player.
Shame as it had a good sound but 2 different problems in the same week

Summary: Bought as a Christmas present and the open/close mechanism broke within two days. Ordered a replacement and cd/radio power switch at the back of the player broke within two days. Shame as it had a good sound but 2 different problems in the same week...?! We've gone for a different CD player.
Summary: Fantastic little cd player. The sound is amazing with earphones on and off, really great sound, was very surprised and much better than I thought it would be. Love the fact you have loads of colours to pick from and small so you can hide away in room if you want to. Now my 23 old son wants one for his flat.
Was good - then it just started buzzing really loudly.

Summary: What a shame. This product was bought for my daughter and she listens to a CD occasionally before bed. After less than 6 months of using it maybe 4 times each month the speaker only make a loud fuzzy/crackling noise. I cannot see how something used s lightly can have worn out so quickly. Really disappointing - I am checking the repair policy before I buy an alternative product.
Summary: Bought this as a first CD player for my daughter. After a promising start, the item has now broken. The play button no longer does anything. We've only had it three months, and it's hardly been used, so I'm very disappointed. It would be ideal otherwise. She finds it easy to open and close the top loading lid, the buttons are big enough for her to handle and she could carry it around with her. Does anyone know if I can still return it?

Summary: This was very good value and ideal for the purpose for which it was bought - for a sight-impaired person to listen to CD talking books. The buttons are possible to operate with poor sight and the sound is good. It seems very durable as the owner has not damaged it in any way (as had happened with a previous portable CD player of a different make).
Managed three whole CDs before it stopped working!

Summary: I managed to play a total of THREE CDs before the Play/Pause button stopped working. I now have all the hassle of repacking the player and taking it to a collection point. I am not risking a replacement. A tip. Should you decide to get one of these players, before buying batteries run it off the mains for a while until you are happy that it is not faulty. I spent £11.97 on batteries.
Summary: Bought this for my 3 yr old after a disappointing similar purchase for Christmas in which you had to press the same button to cycle through CD/Radio/AUX as well as problems reading the CD! No such problems here. Good easy to use buttons. She only ever really presses play so the fact it is bright orange helps! Only down side is that if she listens to a CD at bedtime, it will hibernate after several hours.
