Excerpt: hugh jackman is great as the wolverine and love the x-men movies and love the wolverine it is a great movie and looks stunning and very vivid and clear on blu ray in HD and love the great cinematography of japan
Excerpt: Watched twice, loved it the second time even more. Finally, acting, great pace, character development, a good story line and characters you care about. Take "Last stand" and "First Class" together and it can't match this movie with only 1 main mutant. Also the best Picture and Sound of any of the Xmen movies and, oh yes, the 3D conversion is 1st rate. Natural depth and layers with no distractions, no ghosting and surprisingly bright even in dark scenes.
Excerpt: There's no doubt that Hugh Jackman will forever be Wolverine. Here we are with the 6th incarnation of that iconic character and this time around it makes up for the lack-luster "Origins" story in lieu of the famed Japanese storyline. Logan finds himself mixed up with the yakuza as he battles his way through Japan while struggling with the loss of jean grey and dealing with an old pal he saved in the War who wants what he can take from The Wolverine.
Excerpt: Okay so I will start with saying that Mangold definitely had full intentions of making a rated R comicbook movie, this movie after its cut was still borderline. This movie is dark, much darker than the majority of Marvel movies, if you're looking for something a little campy and mindless action than you might want to stay clear of this. I really enjoyed the story for this one, it was really interesting seeing logan out of his element and going into something new.
