Excerpt: Pretty good suspenseful movie. Kept me interested all the way through. Original idea and good acting. Disappointed by the picture quality. The black levels are awful and the picture is much too light. I had to turn the black level adjuster all the way up on my TV to compensate for this; I never have to do that. The light picture washes out any detail. So unless you have a good black level controller, expect a much too light picture.
Excerpt: How a 911 operator and other types of public servants cope with the exacting pressures of a given day is beyond me. I'm sure the job in fact isn't as exaggerated as recent films The Call and End of Watch make them out to be, but situations such as those are not outside of the realm of possibility and they must be prepared for them. There's a film to be made about the bubbling emotional and psychological turmoil that must be abated, but alas this is not that film.
