Excerpt: I can remember hearing about this movie around 2 years ago but then it sorta disapeard (after a great and controversial marketing campaign). Luckly some big hollywood names got involved and the film finally made it's theatrical release in 2010. I saw it opening weekend and I bought the Bluray on first day, so yeah you could say I enjoyed it.
Excerpt: Thought the movie was excellent! I originally thought she was an Alien from another planet but she was actually mixture of DNA from various animals including human. Yeah sure the "Sex" scene might of been overdone but it fit with the story well... The special effects were top notch, the creature since birth looks so real. The movie fits well in our society today and tries to be realistic. It leaves you off with a possibility of a sequel! I look forward to it!
Conclusion: Newstead Pharmaceuticals is researching medicinal proteins for livestock. Two of the dedicated scientific team, Clive Nicoli (ADRIEN BRODY) and Elsa kast (SARAH POLLEY) in the company splicing labs have genetically created a couple of new maggot-like life forms who they name Fred and Ginger. It is their hope that these hybrid creatures can also help genetically influenced diseases in Humans.
Conclusion: This is certainly one of the most creepy films you will see for a while, very original indeed and quite controversial in many ways! The story is totally fantastic, the cast is very good, the film never fails to keep you interested, its an amazing transformation of something beautiful that was created to a horrific monster! Certainly one film that must be seen, quite a little gem!

Conclusion: I was expecting this to be an enjoyable but nothing special species clone, you know, creature gets created and goes on a killing spree only to get tracked down and maybe leave something behind. But this was something really unexpected and smart, the psycological aspect of it really works. The way the main male character wants to kill the creature but the female is dead against it and takes to the creation as if it's her child or pet.
Summary: Beklager CDON - Guillermo del Toro er IKKE instruktør på denne film, men executive producer ... Instruktøren Vincenzo Natali instruerede også "Cube" . Har ikke set "Splice" men 5 stjerner for mindet om en flot instrueret "Cube" og for at korrigere CDON's fejl !
