Spartacus: War of the Damned
18 October 2013
Excerpt: After an intense uprising, the arena slaves have won some freedom, but they’re still pursued by the Romans. Spartacus (Liam McIntyre) and the slaves find themselves in control of a small city close to the waters, but this new home isn’t enough to keep the peace within their ranks. Crixus (Manu Bennett) has different ideas about what the group should be doing, which causes tension and seems likely to divide the slaves.
Summary: A fitting end to a delightfully trashy series, Spartacus: War Of The Damned brings it all to a worthy conclusion without sacrificing any of the gratuitous sex and violence that the series has earned its reputation with. It certainly had its detractors, and I can see why.

Och det finns ju ett dramaturgiskt problem däri: 'Vad är det för mening med att titta?' undrar nämligen säkert mången historieintresserad tittare? 'Man vet ju hur det går ...' Jo ...
